  • Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute after funds have been used or gameplay has occurred will be considered a violation of these Terms.

  • In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

    • Your account may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated

    • Any winnings or remaining balances may be forfeited

    • You may be liable for the disputed amount, plus any associated fees, penalties, or administrative costs incurred by 70 Beach Bingo.

  • 70 Beach Bingo reserves the right to provide transaction records, gameplay data, and account activity to financial institutions to contest disputes.

  • We also reserve the right to pursue legal action or collections to recover funds obtained through fraudulent or improper chargebacks.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

  • Abuse of promotions may result in forfeiture of winnings and account suspension.

9. Prohibited Activities
